Salon owner and podiatrist Laura Dicken is launching a pedicure brand with products and treatment protocols. Dicken, who owns Podology salon and podiatry clinic in North Yorkshire, has collaborated with podiatry supplier DLT to create the new system called Prende.
The system, which launches next month at Professional Beauty in London, offers two treatment protocols, and includes steps to treat skin with skincare and microdermabrasion, as well as finishing with polish by US brand Dr’s Remedy. Skincare has been developed in collaboration with natural skincare brand founder Jane Scrivner. There are two ranges, Intense and Refresh.
“One of our key products is the Cleansing Balm, which can be applied as it is or heated in the Spapliance Orb,” said Dicken. Treatments are finished with urea-based foot creams from brand Ureka.
