A new five-star resort, The Crest Wellness Resort & Pool Villas Phuket, is set to open in Thailand in December.

December will see the soft opening of the eco-friendly resort, which will have 119 rooms and suites and 34 pool villas and will incorporate the Anda Spa and Holistic Wellness Village.

The spa and wellness area will include four single treatment rooms, five spa suites with private whirlpools and one four-bed treatment room.

The spa and wellness village will also comprise a wet area with a pool, a pavilion for activities such as yoga, mediation, pilates and tai chi, and a fitness centre.

The spa menu will cover a range of options for the face and body, including bath rituals, night spa treatments, beauty treatment and options developed specifically for men, and for children and teenagers.

The resort will also offer nature walks, mountain bikes for hire and the opportunity to go trekking in the jungle. There will also be a kids’ club with a miniature golf course.

Other amenities at the property, which will have rainforest and ocean views, will be a rooftop garden and lounge, a cigar room, a pub and bistro, two restaurants and meeting and events facilities.
